Who is responsible

The controller for personal data on this website is GMS Good Moves Studio GmbH, Immanuelkirchstraße 24, 10405 Berlin, Germany, email raj@tapincard.com. TapIn is a product of GMS Good Moves Studio GmbH.

When you visit this website

When you open a page, our hosting provider processes what is technically needed to serve it: your IP address, the date and time, the address you requested, the page you came from, and details of your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We don't analyse this data or build profiles.

The site is hosted by Railway (Railway Corporation, 548 Market St PMB 68956, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA) in a data centre in Amsterdam. Railway processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). Railway is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework; where data reaches the US, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses also apply.

When you write to us

If you email us, we process your address and your message to reply and, where relevant, to prepare a contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Our email runs on Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Data may be transferred to the US; Google is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. We delete your message once it has been dealt with, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, measures no traffic and embeds nothing from third parties. Its fonts are served from our own server.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). You can object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 21). To use these rights, write to raj@tapincard.com.

You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the one responsible for us in Berlin (datenschutz-berlin.de).
